The Safety Passport Alliance – Live Events Sector

The industry’s trade association, The Production Services Association (PSA), recently embarked on a search for an industry standard safety induction for crews; a course that would increase awareness of how safety is managed on site as well as the common hazards and how to avoid them. The Safety Passport scheme was subsequently created.

The course content was developed in consultation with entertainment industry safety specialists and employers to create a real industry standard; consolidating existing courses and initiatives and thus increasing demand. Unlike most Safety Passport courses, both core and sector qualifications can be achieved in one day as the content covers the vast majority of what is needed in this sector.

As well as delivering the Passport to all our crew as standard, we can provide the course to anyone within the industry. We can conduct the course at our own training site or at your premises depending on your requirements. We will train up to 16 people at a time.
